Since 2022, Denise Krc has been helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams with care, dedication, and a personal touch. Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, Denise worked as a nurse—experience that taught her the importance of listening, attention to detail, and guiding people through important life decisions with compassion.
Denise lives on a farm with her husband and two kids, where she enjoys the simple joys of country life. Whether she’s caring for her animals or cheering on her kids, she knows the value of hard work and commitment.
She’s passionate about making the loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible, taking pride in helping each client navigate obstacles and reach the closing table with confidence. For Denise, every loan is more than a transaction—it’s a step toward someone’s dream.

Mylena Alred
Senior Mortgage Loan Originator
Mylena’s mortgage career began in the 1980s in the Dallas area. Over the years, she has gained experience in nearly every facet of the mortgage industry — from processing and closing to underwriting and originating loans — giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a smooth and successful transaction for every client.
When she is not working with clients, you can find her on her mini-ranch outside of Columbus, spending time with her longhorns, three spoiled pups, and plenty of local deer. She love’s sharing life on the ranch with her three grandchildren, enjoying a good day of fishing, and connecting with friends at some of the best local spots in town.
Helping families find their perfect home continues to be one of Mylena's greatest joys, and she looks forward to many more years of doing what she love’s in the community she calls home.
